Customer and Recipient Personal Information

  • It is imperative to provide precise personal information to facilitate effective communication with both customers and recipients.   • During the checkout process, we will ask you to provide the following personal information:
    • Customer's email address: We utilize this information to enhance customer experience by sending order confirmations, alternative options, shipping confirmations, and delivery confirmations. Additionally, we occasionally employ customer email addresses for marketing communications. Please ensure the accuracy of your email address.
    • Customer's full name and address: This information is utilized for information verification and shipping purposes.
    • Customer's phone number: We utilize this information to contact customers in the event of order issues such as payment failures, delivery problems, and other concerns.
    • Recipient's full name and address: We use this information for logistical requirements, such as when utilizing our shipping services. Ensuring accuracy in the recipient's address is crucial.

 

Order Confirmation

Orders will only be confirmed after full payment has been made. 


Changes to Your Order

No changes can be made after payment and order confirmation. By mutual agreement, the delivery address can be changed if it has not yet been dispatched, if you need to change it, please contact our customer service.


Cancellation Policy

After the payment, orders cannot be refunded or have bouquet requests changed to ensure all bouquets can be completed on time.

 

Payment Methods

  1. We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. To ensure the highest level of security, all our payments are securely processed by Stripe.
  2. For all ongoing subscriptions, your credit card will be charged the full subscription fee at checkout.
  3. We never store or access your credit card or debit card details.

 

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any agreements (including all non-contractual obligations arising from or related to them) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Both parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia for any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the use of our services.


All communications, notices, and documentation exchanged between the parties shall be conducted in the English language.
