Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Conditions: We accept returns in the following cases, e.g. items received not as described, wrong colour of packaging, packaging folded to the point of tearing, wrong flowers, bouquets flattened/deformed. Returned items must be in unused, unworn original condition, with cable tie uncut, and with all original tags and packaging. Unboxing video should be included to proof the bouquet condition. In addition to this, refunds and returns are not permitted upon receipt of an order unless mutually agreed upon.

 

2. Return Deadline: Customers need to make a return request within 7 days of receiving the item. The customer must contact customer service via Facebook or Instagram in the first instance.

 

3. Return Procedure: If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service department. Upon approval of the return request, we will provide detailed return instructions. After the return request is accepted, customers need to send the item back to the designated address and provide the return documentation.

 

4. Refund Method: Upon approval of the return, we will issue a refund using the original payment method. Refund processing may take 1 to 7 business days to complete after the item has been inspected.

 

5. Non-returnable Items: Items damaged or defective during shipping and items custom-made according to customer descriptions. Any refund requested due to courier delay or late receipt will not be accepted at the same time, customers are kindly requested to place their orders early to allow for shipping time.

 

6. Return Shipping Fee: If the item has quality issues (E.g. wrong colour of packaging, packaging folded to the point of tearing, wrong flowers, bouquet flattened/deformed) or is shipped incorrectly, we will cover the return shipping fee.

 

7. After-sales Service: For any return-related inquiries, please contact our customer service team. We are committed to serving you.

 

8. Disclaimer: In certain circumstances, such as force majeure, deliberate damage, or failure to comply with the return policy requirements, we may not accept returns.

 

9. Right to Modify: We reserve the right to modify the return policy and will notify customers in advance on our website or in-store.
