• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• During peak seasons (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Chinese New Year, festive periods), processing time may be slightly longer.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

📦 Estimated Delivery Time

• West Malaysia: 2-5 business days after dispatch

• East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3–7 business days after dispatch

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address, recipient name, and contact number provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
